为提高检测结果的准确性,对水产制品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌(Listeria monocytogenes,Lm)的测定结果进行不确定度评定.按照《食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验》(GB 4789.30-2016)第二法平板计数法进行Lm测定,分析其中不确定度影响因素,计算出各个不确定度的分量、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.在置信概率为 95%时,结果报告为(1.97±0.21)lgCFU·g-1,单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌测定结果为 58~151 CFU·g-1,对不确定度影响较大的因素为加样体积及重复性测量.
Evaluation of the Uncertainty in the Measurement of Listeria monocytogenes in Aquatic Products
For improving the accuracy of results,the uncertainty of detection results of Listeria monocytogenes(Lm)in aquatic products was evaluated.According to the GB 4789.30-2016,the method of plate counting was used for the test of Lm.In the paper,the factors affecting the uncertainty were analyzed,and uncertainty components,combined standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated.When the confidence probability was 95%,the result is reported as(1.97±0.21)lgCFU·g-1,the measured result of Lm was 58~151 CFU·g-1.The influence of sample volume and measurement repeatability on uncertainty is significant.
