Evaluation of the Uncertainty in the Measurement of Listeria monocytogenes in Aquatic Products
For improving the accuracy of results, the uncertainty of detection results of Listeria monocytogenes(Lm)in aquatic products was evaluated.According to the GB 4789.30-2016,the method of plate counting was used for the test of Lm.In the paper, the factors affecting the uncertainty were analyzed, and uncertainty components, combined standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. When the confidence probability was 95%,the result is reported as(1.97±0.21)lgCFU·g-1,the measured result of Lm was 58~151 CFU·g-1.The influence of sample volume and measurement repeatability on uncertainty is significant.
