Simultaneous Determination of 9 Forbidden Pigments in Fruits and Their Products by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nine forbidden pigments in fruits and their products. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile solution(80∶20,V∶V),purified by QuEChERS purification tube, and separated by Thermo AcclaimTM RSLC120 C18 Column(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.2 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile+0.1%formic acid aqueous solution containing 5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate, gradient elution, electrospray positive and negative ion scanning, multiple reaction monitoring mode detection, external standard method quantification. The results showed that the 9 prohibited pigments had a good linear relationship in their respective linear ranges, and the correlation coefficient r was greater than 0.999,and the detection limit of the method was 10.12 μg·kg-1 to 46.12 μg·kg-1,and the quantitative limit was 33.70 μg·kg-1 to 153.58 μg·kg-1.The recoveries were 82.15%to 116.42%and the relative standard deviations were 0.35%to 4.24%at 10 μg·kg-1,50 μg·kg-1 and 100 μg·kg-1.This method is simple, fast and accurate, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of illegal addition of prohibited pigments in fruits and their products.
