摘要
目的:研究黄河三角洲地区不同产地益母草的各项质量指标,综合评价益母草的品质.方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)方法和高效液相色谱法分别对12批不同产地益母草的水分、灰分、水溶性浸出物、盐酸益母草碱、芦丁含量进行测定,并对结果数据进行处理分析.结果:各批次益母草水分、灰分、水溶性浸出物、盐酸益母草碱均高于药典要求.结论:山东潍坊地区益母草综合质量较优,为山东道地药材益母草筛选优势产地提供了参考依据.
Abstract
Objective:To study the various quality indicators of Leonurus japonicus from different production areas in the Yellow River Delta region and comprehensively evaluate the quality of Leonurus japonicus.Method:The moisture,ash,water-soluble extract,leonurine hydrochloride and rutin contents of 12 batches of Leonurus japonicus from different origins were determined by the method of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2020 edition)and high performance liquid chromatography,and the result data were processed and analyzed.Result:The moisture,ash,water-soluble extract,leonurine hydrochloride contents of each batch of Leonurus japonicus were higher than the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.Conclusion:The comprehensive quality of Leonurus japonicus in Weifang city,Shandong province is relatively good,which provides a reference for the screening of advantageous production areas of Leonurus japonicus,a local medicinal material in Shandong.
