目的:通过检测黄山地区食用菌石耳中的砷、铅等20种元素含量,初步了解黄山地区石耳的营养价值,同时评估其污染状况.方法:电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测黄山地区石耳中 20 种元素含量.采用单因子污染指数法和内梅罗污染指数法评估污染程度.结果:11 份石耳样品中,铅元素含量均超标.11 份石耳样品的污染程度以严重污染和重污染为主.结论:黄山地区 11 份石耳受到铅的污染,应引起相关部门的重视,采取相应的污染物预防措施,及时加强日常抽检监测工作,以保障食用菌石耳的安全.
Detection and Analysis of 20 Elements Content of Umbilicaria esculenta in Huangshan Area
Objective:To evaluate the nutritional value and pollution status of Umbilicaria esculenta in Huangshan area by detecting the contents of 20 elements,such as arsenic and lead.Method:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to detect the contents of 20 elements in Umbilicaria esculenta in Huangshan area.Use the single factor pollution index method and the Nemerow pollution index method to evaluate the degree of pollution.Result:The content of lead element in 11 samples of Umbilicaria esculenta exceeded the standard.The pollution degree of 11 samples was mainly serious pollution and heavy pollution.Conclusion:The lead contamination of 11 samples of Umbilicaria esculenta in Huangshan area should be paid attention to by relevant departments,and relevant measures should be taken to strengthen the daily sampling and monitoring in time to ensure the safety of Umbilicaria esculenta.
