Survey on Willingness of Elderly People Aged 60 and Above to Purchase Prefabricated Dishes in Shaanxi Province
Objective:To investigate the willingness of the elderly to purchase pre-prepared dishes,as well as their demand and preference for pre-prepared dishes,and to provide a scientific basis for the healthy development of the pre-prepared dishes market.Method:The questionnaire analysis method was used to investigate the willingness of the elderly aged 60 and above to purchase pre-prepared dishes in Shaanxi province,and the structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of purchase intention;the elderly consumer groups were segmented by the Kmeans++clustering algorithm.Result:The important factors affecting the willingness of the elderly to purchase pre-prepared dishes are the safety of pre-prepared dishes and the purchasing conditions of the elderly;the elderly consumer groups that purchase pre-prepared dishes can be subdivided into five subgroups:important consumer customers,active trial customers,convenience-seeking customers,exploratory wait-and-see customers,and conservative traditional customers.Conclusion:The elderly have a strong willingness to purchase pre-prepared dishes.Improving the quality of pre-prepared dishes can effectively increase the willingness of the elderly to purchase pre-prepared dishes.It is recommended that pre-prepared dish companies develop pre-prepared dishes suitable for the elderly,balance the dietary nutrition of the elderly,optimize the supply method,simplify the reheating process,ensure safety and hygiene,and set reasonable prices.
