Optimization and Transformation of Grain Warehousing Process
The process flow of grain warehousing was reconstructed by optimizing the location migration of bulk material scale and the layout of warehousing equipment.Grain imperfections are reduced by 1.46%,grain storage safety is guaranteed,process conflicts are reduced,grain circulation efficiency is improved,the number of bucket lifting machines is reduced by 2,energy consumption is reduced by 220 kW·h,tons of grain upgrading costs are reduced by about 0.35 yuan,electricity costs are saved by about 350 000 yuan per year,operating costs are significantly reduced,and noise is reduced by 20.26%.The working environment is improved.
