摘要

通过对散料秤进行位置迁移及进仓设备布局优化,重塑了粮食进仓工艺流程.粮食不完善粒降低 1.46%,储粮安全得到保障,流程冲突减少,粮食流转效率提高,斗提机使用台数减少 2 台,能耗减少220 kW·h,吨粮提升费用降低约 0.35 元,每年节省电费约 35 万元,运营成本显著降低,噪声最大降低20.26%,工作环境得到改善.

Abstract

The process flow of grain warehousing was reconstructed by optimizing the location migration of bulk material scale and the layout of warehousing equipment.Grain imperfections are reduced by 1.46%,grain storage safety is guaranteed,process conflicts are reduced,grain circulation efficiency is improved,the number of bucket lifting machines is reduced by 2,energy consumption is reduced by 220 kW·h,tons of grain upgrading costs are reduced by about 0.35 yuan,electricity costs are saved by about 350 000 yuan per year,operating costs are significantly reduced,and noise is reduced by 20.26%.The working environment is improved.
