摘要

本文深入探讨了食用油中有害物质残留的抽样检测方法,包括抽样原则、不同抽样技术的应用以及抽样数量与频率的确定.在此基础上,进一步探索了智慧抽样方法的概念与特点,以及新型抽样技术在食用油有害物质残留检测中的应用,为食用油有害物质残留的抽样检测提供了更为科学、高效的手段.

Abstract

In this paper,the sampling methods for the detection of hazardous substance residues in edible oils are discussed in depth,including the sampling principles,the application of different sampling techniques,and the determination of the number and frequency of samples.On this basis,the concept and characteristics of intelligent sampling methods and the application of new sampling techniques in the detection of hazardous substance residues in edible oils are further explored,which provides a more scientific and efficient means for the sampling and detection of hazardous substance residues in edible oils.
