Based on the actual situation of Shimen county citrus supply chain network,the optimization strategy of supply chain structure was deeply discussed.Through the comprehensive analysis of the existing supply chain network structure,the existing structural problems are identified,combined with supply chain optimization theory and field research,and the targeted optimization suggestions are put forward.It emphasizes the core position of ensuring the basic interests of fruit farmers in the optimization process,and focuses on the detailed analysis of key nodes to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,while providing practical experience and inspiration for the optimization of the supply chain of citrus industry and similar agricultural products in other regions.
