摘要

随着社会的发展,现代烹饪技能的不断创新推动了烹饪艺术和技术的进步.然而,食材资源的可持续性、科技与传统技艺的融合等问题也逐渐显现.本文分析了现代烹饪技能的创新与发展趋势,并提出了相应的解决策略,包括加强技艺传承、推动绿色可持续食材开发以及促进科技与传统技艺的结合等.这些策略将为现代烹饪技能的发展提供有力支持,促进烹饪文化的繁荣.

Abstract

With the development of society,modern cooking skills are constantly innovative,which promotes the progress of culinary art and technology.However,issues such as the sustainability of food resources and the integration of technology and traditional skills are also emerging.This paper analyzes the innovation and development trend of modern cooking skills,and puts forward corresponding solutions,including strengthening the inheritance of skills,promoting the development of green and sustainable ingredients,and promoting the combination of technology and traditional skills.These strategies will provide strong support for the development of modern culinary skills and promote the prosperity of culinary culture.
