With the background of"the Belt and Road",this paper compares and analyzes the laws,regulations,standards and standardization of Chinese and Korean ginseng,looks for the differences between the two countries in Ginseng inspection,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on industry supervision and production and processing,in order to improve the quality of ginseng products,improve technical standards and services,sharing the results of services,and promote the development of the industry.
