This paper studies the cold chain logistics system of agricultural products and its distribution route optimization.By analyzing the composition and importance of the cold chain logistics system,it points out the existing problems such as insufficient facilities,low information level and unreasonable distribution route.It puts forward optimization strategies such as strengthening infrastructure construction,promoting intelligent development,and strengthening standards and standardization construction.At the same time,the limitations of traditional optimization methods are discussed,and the application of intelligent algorithms in the optimization of distribution routes under multi-objective decision-making is emphasized to achieve the goals of cost reduction,efficiency improvement and customer satisfaction improvement.
