摘要

山茱萸是一种暖温带阳性树种,因其含有大量人体所需的物质元素以及多种生物活性物质,具有抗炎、抗氧化性、抗糖尿病、免疫调节、神经保护以及心血管保护等多种药理作用.本文综述了山茱萸的健康特性、植物化学及活性物质,并在其作为功能性药物和食物开发方面进行了重点阐述,旨在为开辟新的山茱萸市场提供新思路.

Abstract

Cornus officinalis is a warm temperate positive tree species.Its medicinal value mainly lies in its flesh,which contains a large number of substance elements needed by the human body and a variety of bioactive substances,and has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-diabetes,immune regulation,neuroprotection and cardiovascular protection.In this paper,the health characteristics,phytochemistry and active substances of Cornus officinis were reviewed,and the development of Cornus officinis as a functional medicine and food was emphasized,in order to provide a new idea for opening up a new market.
