摘要

本文围绕预制菜的特点、食品安全挑战、食品检测方法以及质量安全管理对策进行了全面探讨.介绍了预制菜的食品检测方法,提出了预制菜质量安全管理对策,强调原材料质量控制与加工过程监控的重要性,以及储存运输管理与质量检测追溯体系的建立,以确保预制菜产品的质量和安全.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the characteristics of pre-made dishes,food safety challenges,food detection methods and quality and safety management countermeasures,mainly points out the food safety challenges it faces,introduces the food detection methods of pre-made dishes,and puts forward the quality and safety management countermeasures of pre-made dishes,emphasizing the importance of raw material quality control and processing process monitoring.And the establishment of storage and transportation management and quality inspection traceability system to ensure the quality and safety of pre-made dishes.
