Chlorinated paraffin,as a persistent organic pollutant,has attracted increasing attention.In this paper,a general description of chlorinated paraffins was introduced,and the recent developments in detection techniques for chlorinated paraffins in edible vegetable oils in recent years are summarized,aiming to provide a reference for developing efficient and accurate detection techniques for chlorinated paraffins in edible vegetable oils.
