Research on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Food-Related Professional Courses in Application-Oriented Universities
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the current food-related professional education,including single course contents and weak practical courses.It proposed strategies as building a diversified curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,optimizing the faculty team,improving the evaluation mechanism,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation to achieve the organic of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through specific case analysis,the paper demonstrated the application effects of these measures in actual teaching,providing referenceable for similar institutions.By implementing comprehensive measures,it can significantly improve students'overall quality,promote their comprehensive development,and contribute to the sustainable development of the food.
