High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)is widely used in the detection of pesticide and veterinary drug residues in grains,vegetables,fruits,and meat due to its high resolution,sensitivity,and accuracy.This paper introduces the principles and characteristics of HPLC technology and its applications in detecting various types of pesticide residues such as organophosphorus pesticides,carbamate pesticides,and neonicotinoid pesticides.It also analyzes the effectiveness of HPLC in detecting residues of chloramphenicol,tetracyclines,sulfonamides,and quinolones.
