With the rapid development of the current social industrialization,the problem of heavy metal pollution in food has become increasingly prominent,and the impact on human health cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the rapid detection of heavy metal pollution in food,and the rapid detection technology based on biosensor is widely used because of its advantages of high sensitivity,high selectivity and portability.In this paper,the application of biosensor in the rapid detection of heavy metals in food is reviewed,and the future development trend of this technology is prospected.
