In this study,the production process for the enzymatic production of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)is optimized,and the quality of the finished GABA products extracted by this process meets the food-grade standard of QB/T 5633.7-2022"Amino Acids,Amino Acid Salts and their Analogues Part 7:γ-Aminobutyric Acid".This production process reduces the cost of GABA,and greatly reduces the amount of wastewater in the extraction process,reducing the pressure on environmental protection.
