The pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease is complex and may involve the interaction of genetics,environment,lifestyle and other factors.At present,there is no specific drug to cure Alzheimer's disease.As a non-drug treatment method,the dietary therapy with the same origin of medicine and food and the integration of nutrition and therapy has a unique role in alleviating Alzheimer's disease.This paper reviews the research progress of Alzheimer's disease,discusses the mechanism of action,implementation principle and dietary therapy program,in order to provide reference for the prevention of Alzheimer's disease.
