The quality and safety of agricultural products is crucial to the protection of public health and has become the focus of social attention.County-level agricultural product quality and safety supervision departments and testing organizations play an indispensable role in China's existing agricultural product quality and safety supervision system,and are able to carry out agricultural product quality and safety supervision and testing work in a timely and accurate manner,but there are also challenges such as insufficient testing system,equipment,and technical level.This paper analyzes the current problems in the detection of agricultural product quality and safety at the county level and proposes strategies to solve them,aiming to improve the detection capacity of agricultural product quality and safety at the county level.
