摘要

食品质量安全关系到社会监管效能及人们的饮食安全,本文分析了当前社会食品质量安全现状,并为保障全面质量管理视域下的食品质量安全提出相应建议,希望能够为提高食品质量安全提供支持和帮助.

Abstract

Food quality and safety is related to the effectiveness of social supervision and people's dietary safety,this paper analyzes the current situation of food quality and safety in society,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for guaranteeing food quality and safety under the perspective of total quality management in the hope that it can provide support and help to improve food quality and safety.
