HPLC method was developed for the determination of corilagin in sanajon beverage.The determination was performed on a C18 column(150 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid(1∶9)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃and the detection wavelength was 272 nm.The results showed that corilagin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.114～1.14 μg.The average recovery was 101.5%and RSD was 1.5%.The contents of corilagin in 6 batches of samples were 83,80,81,70,78,74 mg/100 mL,respectively.The method has good reproducibility,high accuracy and simplicity,and can provide a reliable basis for the quality control of sanajon beverage.
