In the process of continuously promoting food safety work,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,as one of the more common detection technologies,has significant advantages in practical applications.Based on this,this article starts with the case of apple testing and deeply analyzes the inspection process and results of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in food inspection,in order to provide reference for the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in food inspection and ensure further optimization and upgrading of food testing work.
