In order to explore the application effect of rapid detection tablet technology in food microbial detection, the method of experimental comparison was used to study the differences in detection time, sensitivity, accuracy and applicability between rapid detection tablet technology and traditional detection methods(AGAR plate culture method and microscope method),taking dairy products, meat products, fruit and vegetable samples as examples. The results show that the rapid detection technology has significant advantages in detection time and operation convenience, and can meet the needs of food industry for rapid detection.Traditional methods are more stable in terms of detection sensitivity and applicability to complex samples. The two technologies have their advantages and disadvantages, and it is of great significance to select the appropriate detection method combined with the application scenario to improve the efficiency of food microbial detection.
