摘要

本研究采用一测多评法同时测定盐泽泻中萜类化合物的含量,优化盐泽泻饮片的质量控制方法,为其合理开发应用打下基础.结果显示,采用一测多评法计算的相对校正因子具有较好的重复性,所推算出的盐泽泻中不同种类萜类成分的含量与使用外标法计算的含量数值基本一致.说明该方法操作简便易行,结果准确,可推测盐泽泻中不同成分的含量,用于评价其质量.

Abstract

In this study,the content of terpenoids in salt rhizoma alismatis was simultaneously determined by the one-measure-multi-evaluation method to optimize the quality control method of salt rhizoma alismatis tablets and lay a foundation for its rational development and application.The results showed that the relative correction factors calculated by the one-measurement-multi-assessment method had good reproducibility,and the deduced contents of different terpenoids in salt rhizoma alismatis were basically the same as those calculated by the external standard method.This method is simple and easy to operate,and the results are accurate,which can be used to estimate the contents of different components in salt rhizoma alismatis for evaluating its quality.
