In order to ensure the quality and safety of fruit and vegetable products,this paper deeply analyzed the main points of fruit and vegetable sampling inspection for the purpose of supervision and sampling inspection.By explaining the random,representative and fair principles of random inspection,as well as the sampling methods under the three different environments of site,facility and market,the core elements of the sampling work are clarified.At the same time,the article also discusses the determination of sampling quantity and sampling procedures in detail,including the preparation before sampling,on-site sampling,sample processing and testing,which provides comprehensive and scientific guidance for the work of sampling of fruits and vegetables.
