LC-MS/MS分析韭菜和芹菜中农药残留的基质效应

Matrix Effects of Pesticide Residues in Chives and Celery Analyzed by LC-MS/MS

农药残留检测过程中,为提高检测结果的准确度,本文应用GB 23200.121-2021的标准方法,考察韭菜和芹菜中的啶虫脒、吡虫啉、吡唑醚菌酯、多菌灵、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、烯酰吗啉、克百威和3-羟基克百威9种农药的基质效应.选用3种不同品牌的高效液相串联质谱仪(LC-MS/MS),同时测定韭菜芹菜中的9种农药组分,配制基质标准点对溶剂标准点进行比对.结果显示,不同品牌的仪器,表现出不同程度基质效应,基质效应的强弱与基质含量相关,通过稀释基质提取液,可以有效降低基质效应,保证数据的准确性.
In order to improve the accuracy of the detection results,the matrix effects of 9 pesticides in leek and celery were investigated by standard method GB 23200.121-2021,including acetamidine,imidacloprid,pyrazolate,carbendazim,thianidam,thiamethoxam,enylmorprid,carboxanil and 3-hydroxycarboxanil.Three different brands of high performance liquid series mass spectrometer(LC-MS/MS)were used to determine 9 pesticide components in leek and celery at the same time.The results showed that different brands of instruments showed different degree of matrix effect,and the strength of matrix effect was related to matrix content.By diluting matrix extract,matrix effect could be effectively reduced to ensure the accuracy of data.
