With the intensification of the aging society,the diet health problems of the elderly in modern rural communities have become increasingly prominent.Unreasonable eating habits and unbalanced nutrition are one of the main factors leading to the high incidence of chronic diseases in the elderly.This study will deeply explore the diet health status of the elderly in modern rural communities,analyze the existing problems and challenges,and put forward targeted diet health planning suggestions,including popularizing nutrition knowledge,developing healthy recipes,planning and improving dietary content,and strengthening chronic disease management.It is expected that this study can provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the formulation and implementation of diet health planning for the elderly in rural communities
