摘要

对高大平方仓布置粮食水分在线检测系统电缆进行玉米水分含量的检测,通过对储藏期内设置的160个水分检测点的监控观察,比较粮食水分在线检测系统与国标法在玉米水分检测过程中的检测值差异,分析两种方法的相关性.结果表明,粮食水分在线检测系统与国标法检测值十分接近,可用于粮食水分自动化监测,有效节约人工成本与扦样费用,粮食储存与管理经济效益显著提升.

Abstract

The deployment of cables for a grain moisture online detection system in large square silos was conducted to monitor the moisture content of corn.Through monitoring and observing 160 moisture detection points set during the storage period,the differences in detection values between the online grain moisture detection system and the national standard method in the process of corn moisture detection were compared.The results show that the online detection value of grain moisture is very close to the detection value of the national standard method,which can be used for automatic monitoring of grain moisture,effectively saving labor costs and sample costs,and significantly improving the economic benefits of grain storage and management.
