摘要

本文研发了一种多点感应式门机行走极限限位装置,采用接近感应原理,通过在电缆卷盘一侧设置多组感应组件与检测组件,来精确控制门机移动距离,改变了原机械传动式限位故障率高、作业面狭窄的困境,极大方便了人员检修,提高了门机移机行走过程中的精准度与安全稳定性.

Abstract

In this paper,a multi-point inductive door crane walking limit limit device is developed,which adopts the principle of proximity induction,and accurately controls the moving distance of the door crane by setting multiple groups of induction components and detection components on one side of the cable reel,which changes the dilemma of high failure rate and narrow working surface of the original mechanical transmission type limit,greatly facilitates personnel maintenance,and improves the accuracy and safety stability in the process of moving the door crane.
