An Exploration of Blended Teaching Reform of Food Enzymology Course Integrating OBE Concept
The purpose of this paper is to explore the mixed teaching reform of food enzymology by integrating the concept of outcome based education(OBE).It adopts a hybrid teaching model that combines online and offline,flipped classroom and project-based learning,uses multimedia and interactive platforms to enrich course resources,and strengthens students'autonomous learning and collaboration ability.Through regular evaluation and feedback mechanism,timely adjustment of teaching strategies to ensure the realization of curriculum objectives.This blended teaching mode helps to enhance students'interest in food enzymology courses,enhance the combination of theory and practice,and cultivate students'innovative thinking and ability to solve practical problems.
