摘要
预制菜是以畜禽、水产品、农作物等作为原材料,搭配各种辅料,以现代化标准,进行集中生产,经过预加工制成的成品或半成品,分即食食品、即烹食品、即热食品、即配食品等.预制菜加工涉及农业、工业和服务业,发展预制菜产业可以全面提高宁夏农产品精深加工能力,提升农业产业化水平.本文通过分析发现宁夏预制菜产业发展中存在龙头企业带动能力不强、产品同质化程度较高、产业规范化发展水平不高、科技创新能力偏弱和市场竞争力不强等问题,提出了促进宁夏预制菜产业发展的对策和建议.
Abstract
Prepared dishes are based on livestock,aquatic products,crops,etc.,as raw materials,with a variety of auxiliary materials,in accordance with modern standards,centralized production,pre-processed finished products or semi-finished products,divided into ready-to-eat food,immediately cooked food,hot food,that with food,etc.Prefabricated vegetable processing involves agriculture,industry and service industry.The development of prefabricated vegetable industry can comprehensively improve Ningxia's deep processing capacity of agricultural products and enhance the level of agricultural industrialization.This article analyzes the problems faced by the prepared dishes industry in Ningxia,such as weak leading enterprise driving ability,high degree of product homogeneity,low level of standardized industrial development,weak scientific and technological innovation ability,and weak market competitiveness.It then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the prepared dishes industry in Ningxia.
