With the rapid development of information technology,virtual simulation technology is widely used in the field of education.This paper analyzes the traditional teaching problems of baked food processing technology course,discusses the construction and development of virtual simulation software of baked food processing technology,expounds the application of virtual simulation technology in the teaching of baked food processing technology course,and provides reference for the teaching reform of food courses in higher vocational colleges.
