本研究针对景泰县马铃薯深加工产业的发展,提出了特色食品研发与产品创新的方向.通过分析当前市场需求和技术前景,研究建议重点开发健康休闲食品、速食产品、功能性食品以及具有地方特色的马铃薯制品,并通过技术创新拓展马铃薯蛋白、抗性淀粉、膳食纤维和发酵产品等高附加值产品线.这些策略旨在提升产品附加值、延伸产业链条,增强景泰县马铃薯产品的市场竞争力,助力区域经济的高质量发展.
Abstract
This study proposes directions for the development of potato deep processing industry in Jingtai County,focusing on the research and development of specialty foods and product innovation.By analyzing the current market demand and technological prospects,it is recommended to focus on developing healthy snack foods,fast food products,functional foods,and potato products with local characteristics,and to expand high value-added product lines such as potato protein,resistant starch,dietary fiber,and fermented products through technological innovation.These strategies aim to enhance the added value of products,extend the industrial chain,strengthen the market competitiveness of potato products in Jingtai County,and support the high-quality development of the regional economy.
