The management system of food inspection and testing institutions is the key to ensure the scientific development of food quality and safety testing.At this stage,there are still some problems in the overall construction and operation of the management system of food inspection and testing institutions,which will affect the efficient operation and sustainable development of inspection and testing institutions,and need to be continuously optimized and adjusted to form a perfect,reasonable and more applicable management system of food inspection and testing institutions.This paper analyzes several problems existing in the management system of food inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,hoping to provide reference for the management of food inspection and testing institutions.
