本文针对食品化学实验教学现状,探讨了基于成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念的食品化学实验教学设计改革,主要包括指出了改革过程中面临的挑战,如教师教学能力的提升、学生自主学习能力的培养和持续改进机制的建立,并针对这些挑战,提出了丰富课程内容、探索讲授方法、转变教学模式和优化评价体系的改革策略,旨在提升教学质量并培养学生的专业知识和实践能力.
This article discusses the current status of food chemistry experiment teaching,and explores the reform of food chemistry experiment teaching design based on the outcome based education(OBE)concept.This mainly includes pointing out the challenges faced in the reform process,such as improving teachers'teaching abilities,cultivating students'self-learning abilities,and establishing continuous improvement mechanisms.In response to these challenges,this article proposed reform strategies including enriching teaching content,exploring teaching methods,transforming teaching models,and optimizing evaluation systems,aiming to enhance teaching quality and cultivate students'professional knowledge and practical skills.
