With the increasing attention to food and drug safety issues,inspection and testing institutions play an increasingly important role in ensuring food and drug safety.Sample management in business departments is one of the key links in the work flow of inspection and testing institutions,involving multiple aspects such as sample reception,storage,circulation,and disposal.This article analyzes the application of 6S management in sample management in business departments of inspection and testing institutions,aiming to improve management efficiency and work quality,ensure sample safety and traceability.
