In order to improve the quality and safety management level of the food supply chain,based on the concept of full chain quality and safety,optimization strategies for each link of the supply chain were studied,including the joint participation of stakeholders,the improvement of information traceability systems,and the soundness of quality standard systems.By strengthening risk control and applying information technology in each link,the transparency and efficiency of food safety management can be significantly improved,effectively reduce food safety hazards,safeguard consumer health,and promote high-quality industrial development.
