食品安全抽检监测计划是市场监管部门部署和开展食品安全抽检各项工作的指导性文件.编制高质量的抽检计划是食品安全抽检提质增效的内在需要,因此有必要对抽检计划的质量进行评价.构建市级食品安全抽检监测计划评价指标体系应在坚持科学性、客观性、全面性和适用性的原则下,遵循3个一级指标和26个二级指标,进而提升市级抽检计划编制水平,保障食品安全抽检工作整体质量.
