食品安全事关国计民生,是保障国家长治久安和民生福祉的基石,对确保人们健康和社会稳定至关重要.河南省作为"中原大粮仓"、食品工业大省和食品流通消费大省,其食品安全尤为重要.本文采用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对河南省8个地级市的食品安全监管效率进行测算.研究发现,2020-2022年河南省整体食品安全监管效率尚未达到理想状态,并针对研究结论,提出提升监管技术水平、注重规模投入与技术创新的双重提升等措施提升食品安全监管效率.
Food safety bears on the national economy and people's livelihood.It is the cornerstone of ensuring China's long-term stability and people's well-being.It is of vital importance to people's health and social stability.As the"granary of the Central Plains",a big province of food industry and food circulation and consumption,its food safety is particularly important.This paper uses the DEA-Malmquist index model to measure the food safety supervision efficiency of 8 prefecture-level cities in Henan province.The study found that the overall efficiency of food safety supervision in Henan province from 2020 to 2022 has not reached the ideal state.According to the research conclusion,it is suggested that measures should be taken to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision,such as improving the level of supervision technology,focusing on scale investment and technological innovation.
