摘要

随着人们的饮食方式愈发多样化,外出就餐成为日常生活不可缺少的一部分.但近年来,有关餐饮食品中餐饮具污染的报道时有发生,说明存在餐饮具污染,严重影响我国餐饮行业的健康发展.本文对近几年餐饮食品中餐饮具的食品安全监督抽检数据进行统计,分析餐饮行业中餐饮具存在的大肠菌群污染、阴离子合成洗涤剂残留相关食品安全问题,并提出相应的防控措施,以供参考.

Abstract

As people's eating habits become increasingly diverse,dining out has become an integral part of daily life.However,in recent years,there have been reports of tableware pollution in catering food from time to time,indicating the existence of tableware pollution,which has seriously affected the healthy development of China's catering industry.This paper analyzes the food safety supervision and sampling data of tableware in catering food in recent years,and puts forward prevention and control measures for the food safety problems related to coliform group contamination and anionic synthetic detergent residues in tableware in the catering industry for reference.
