As people's eating habits become increasingly diverse,dining out has become an integral part of daily life.However,in recent years,there have been reports of tableware pollution in catering food from time to time,indicating the existence of tableware pollution,which has seriously affected the healthy development of China's catering industry.This paper analyzes the food safety supervision and sampling data of tableware in catering food in recent years,and puts forward prevention and control measures for the food safety problems related to coliform group contamination and anionic synthetic detergent residues in tableware in the catering industry for reference.
