响应面法优化紫苏叶中花色苷与多酚的同步高效提取工艺

Optimization of Synchronous and High-Efficient Extraction Process of Anthocyanins and Polyphenols from Perilla Leaves Using Response Surface Methodology

多酚和花色苷是紫苏叶的主要功能成分,赋予了紫苏叶多种生物功效.但是,现有的研究往往仅针对其中一种物质进行提取优化.本文通过单因素和响应面实验得到同步提取紫苏叶多酚和花色苷的参数为提取温度52℃、提取时间48 min、乙醇体积分数47%.在此条件下,紫苏叶多酚和花色苷含量分别为(71.116±5.112)mg·g-1和(6.323±0.365)mg·g-1.本文将为降低紫苏叶活性成分的提取成本和提高其利用效率提供应用和理论参考.
Polyphenols and anthocyanins are the main functional components of Perilla leaf,which give the leaf a variety of biological effects.However,existing studies often optimize extraction for only one of these substances.In this paper,the parameters of simultaneous extraction of polyphenols and anthocyanins from Perilla leaf were obtained by single factor and response surface experiment as extraction temperature 52 ℃,extraction time 48 min and ethanol volume fraction 47%.Under these conditions,the contents of polyphenols and anthocyanins in Perilla leaves were(71.116±5.112)mg·g-1 and(6.323±0.365)mg·g-1,respectively.This paper will provide practical and theoretical reference for reducing the extraction cost and improving the utilization efficiency of active components of Perilla leaf.
