Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of 19 illegally added diuretics in alcoholic products, and to provide technical support for the detection of illegal additives in alcoholic products and food safety supervision.Method:After ultrasonic extraction of samples with 50%methanol-water,the samples were quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Result:Within the corresponding linear range, the 19 diuretics showed a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient r was greater than 0.992;the limit of quantification was 0.1 mg·kg1 or 0.2 mg·kg-1;at three spiked levels, the average recoveries of the 19 diuretics were 90.5%~119.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.2%~13.3%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is efficient, convenient, sensitive and reproducible, and is suitable for the rapid screening and quantitative determination of 19 illegally added diuretics in alcoholic products.
