摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定枸杞中3种酚酸和3种黄酮化合物含量的方法.方法:采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.5%醋酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测器为紫外检测器,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为25 ℃,检测波长为320nm,进样量为10μL.结果:6种化合物在各自的线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率为99.7%~106.9%.结论:本方法快速、简便、准确和重复性好,适用于检测枸杞中黄酮类和酚酸类化合物的含量.

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 3 phenolic acids and 3 flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L.by HPLC.Method:C18 column was used,acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid solution was used as mobile phase,gradient elution,UV detector,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,column temperature was 25 ℃,detection wavelength was 320 nm,sample size was 10 μL.Result:The 6 compounds had a good linear relationship in their linear range,the relative standard deviations were less than 5%,and the recoveries were 99.7%to 106.9%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,accurate and reproductively suitable for the determination of flavonoids and phenolic acids in Lycium barbarum L..
