孤独症谱系障碍儿童焦虑水平及影响因素研究

文章旨在通过对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童父母的调查,了解ASD儿童焦虑水平以及影响其焦虑状态的因素.研究采取方便取样方法选取 170 名ASD儿童父母作为样本,填写基本信息调查表、幼儿焦虑量表(PAS)、重复行为问卷(RBQ-2)、贝克焦虑量表、父母养育方式量表(EMBU-P)和父母压力指数简表(PSI—SF),测评ASD儿童的焦虑特点及其影响因素.研究发现:ASD儿童焦虑水平显著高于普通儿童(p≤0.01);ASD儿童焦虑水平的相关因素包括儿童的年龄与障碍程度、儿童重复行为水平、家庭经济水平、父母焦虑水平、父母养育压力以及拒绝型的教养方式(p≤0.05);ASD儿童焦虑水平的预测因素为儿童重复行为水平以及父母养育压力(p≤0.01).
A Study on Anxiety of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
This paper aims to study the anxiety state of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD)and the factors af-fecting their anxiety through an investigation on the children's parents.170 parents are selected,by convenient sampling method,to complete the basic information questionnaire,Preschool Anxiety Scale(PAS),Repetitive Behavior Questionnaire(RBQ-2),Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI),Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU-P),and Parental Stress Index-Short Form(PSI-SF)in order to assess their children's anxiety characteristics and influencing factors.The results show that:The anxiety level of children with ASD is significantly higher than that of other children(p≤0.01).The related factors of anxiety level of children with ASD include children's age,degree of disorder,repeated behavior level,family economic status,parents'anxiety level,parents'pressure on children rearing and refusal parenting style(p≤0.05).The predictors of anxiety level of children with ASD are chil-dren's repeated behavior level and parents'pressure on rearing(p≤0.01).
