α-环糊精与α,β-亚乙基双十六烷基二甲基溴化铵的相互作用

为了研究不同类型的环湖精作为主体对包合不同客体的影响,采用表面张力法分别测定了 25℃、35℃和45℃温度下的双子表面活性剂α,β-亚乙基双十六烷基二甲基溴化铵(C16-C2-C16)溶液的临界胶束浓度(0.428~0.470mmol/L),并计算了该体系形成胶束的热力学参数,研究了C16-C2-C16 与α-环糊精(α-CD)的包结作用.结果表明,C16-C2-C16 溶液形成胶束的过程是熵驱动的自发过程;包结物的包结比为 2:1 或 4:1,即体系中存在着两种不同包结比的包合物;根据包结过程的热力学参数,该过程为放热的自发过程及熵增过程.
Interaction of α-Cyclodextrin with α,β-Ethcidene Dihexadecycdimethyl Ammonium Bromide
The critical micelle concentration(0.428~0.470 mmol/L)of gemini surfactants of α,β-ethylene dihexade-cyldimethylammonium bromide were determined by surface tension method at 25℃,35℃ and 45℃,the thermodynamic pa-rameters of micellization were evaluated.The experimental results showed that the micelle formation process was a spontaneous process driven by entropy.The inclusion action of α-Cyclodextrin with α,β-ethylene-dicetyldimethylammonium bromide in aqueous solation were investigated.The inclusion ratio of α-Cyclodextrin with α,β-ethylene-dicetyldimethylammonium bro-mide were2:1 or 4:1.There are two kinds of inclusion compounds with different inclusion ratios in the system.According to the thermodynamic parameters of the inclusion process,it shows that the process is a spontaneous process of exothermic and an en-tropy increase process.
