摘要
习近平运用系统观念把领导干部家风建设同中国具体实际相结合,同中华优秀传统文化相结合,形成了习近平关于领导干部家风的重要论述.该论述的理论来源是马克思主义家庭观,以超越式传承中国传统家风文化和对革命先辈红色家风的弘扬中形成;其内容涵盖了领导干部个人、家庭和社会、国家三个层面,主要体现在"正己修身""廉洁齐家""家国情怀"的纵向提升中;其实践逻辑是定位、定标与定法的有机统一,即精准定位新时代和家族式腐败等新变化,定标社会主义家庭文明新风尚,定法软性约束和硬性约束相结合的新路径.
Abstract
Xi Jinping combines the development of family customs of leading cadres with China's specific reality and with excellent traditional Chinese culture by using a systematic concept,forming an important discourse on the family customs of lead-ing cadres.Guided by the Marxist family view,this discourse is formed by the inheritance and promotion of China's excellent tra-ditional family customs and revolutionary family traditions.It covers three levels:individual leading cadres,family and society,and the country,mainly reflected in the vertical improvement of"self-cultivation","integrity and family unity",and"patriotism";The practical logic is the organic unity of positioning,standard setting,and lawmaking.It means accurately positioning new changes such as the new era and family-style corruption,setting standards for the new trend of socialist family civilization,and combining soft and hard constraints in lawmaking.
