论王安石与苏轼的治水方略——以玄武湖与西湖为例

摘要
王安石与苏轼是北宋思想、文化、政治上的巨人,人们对其相互关系展开过多方面论述.王安石治理玄武湖的巨大失败是不容否认的事实,苏轼治理西湖取得巨大成功则是妇孺皆知的史实.从对玄武湖与西湖治理显示的治理理念以及对后世产生的影响探讨王安石与苏轼的治水方略,对于今天的社会治理、文化建设可以提供多方面启示.
Abstract
Wang Anshi and Su Shi were giants in the fields of thought,culture,and politics of the Northern Song Dynasty,and their mutual relations have been extensively discussed.The great failure of Wang Anshi in governing Xuanwu Lake is an un-deniable fact,while Su Shi's great success in governing West Lake is a well-known historical fact.Exploring the water control strategies of Wang Anshi and Su Shi through their governance concepts displayed in the management of Xuanwu Lake and West Lake,as well as their impact on later generations,can provide multiple inspirations for today's social governance and cultural devel-opment.
