Research on Public Art Education of Local Normal University in Western China from the Perspective of Aesthetic Education:A Case Study of Sichuan Province
General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping's educational principle of"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously"provides fundamental guideline for the aesthetic education work of universities in the new era.Strengthening pub-lic art education is the main way to improve the quality of aesthetic education in local normal universities.At present,local normal universities have solved the problem of whether there is a public art education course or not,but there are still some problems such as insufficient construction of the first classroom,imperfect management institutions and evaluation mechanisms,insufficient teachers and educational resources,and weak pertinence.In this regard,local normal universities should follow the laws of art pop-ularization and student growth,starting from consolidating public art education management,optimizing the public art curriculum system,and shaping the brand of public art education.These approaches will promote a leap-forward development of public art e-ducation in local normal universities.
