明清时期少数民族家训是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,包含有丰富的立志勉学、勤劳节俭、明礼诚信、为善积德、孝顺父母、尊老爱幼、和乐相助、爱岗敬业、诚实守信、公正清廉等内容.传承明清少数民族家训中的优秀文化对于当代个人品德的培养、家庭美德的培育、职业道德的强化和社会公德的弘扬具有着重要的作用.
Abstract
The family instructions of the minorities from the Ming and Qing dynasties are an important part of traditional Chinese culture.They contain rich content such as determination to study,diligence and frugality,courtesy and integrity,doing good deeds,filial piety to parents,respect for the elderly and love for the young,mutual assistance,dedication to work,honesty and trustworthiness,fairness and integrity.The inheritance of the excellent culture in the family instructions from the Ming and Qing dynasties plays an important role in the cultivation of personal morality,the nurturing of family virtues,the reinforcement of professional ethics,and the promotion of social morality.
